Open up the internet and go to: www.google.com
Type in: Utah Education Network Online Weather
Click on the first link (that isn’t in a yellow box): Online Weather Activities – UEN
Click on: Interactive Weather Maker
Move around the Humidity slider, Poleward Temperature slider, and Equatorward Temperature slider to
see what happens when each changes.
1. Make sure all of the sliders start back in the middle of each scale. What happens when you lower
the poleward temperature to 20°F? ______________________________________.
2. Lower it again another 5°F. What happens now? ____________________________________.
3. Put all your sliders back to the middle (where you started). Raise humidity to about 90%. What
