on the long-term health
impacts of obesity for
children and youth.
Every diet has two objectives: 1) to lose weight and 2) to stabilize and maintain
weight.
Dieters accomplish the weight loss objective because they are successful on the Ideal

and complete your journal and bring it to every appointment. Our side of
the program provides you with weekly one-on-one coaching and ongoing education,
access to the daily coaching videos, cooking videos, and access to the web portal
(my.idealprotein.com).
If you follow the diet 100%, you will get 100% of the
results. If you follow it 90%, you will get 0% of the
results.

Would you be interested in participating with other dieters in a support group for

sharing of tips and ideas. There will be no weigh-ins, just a time to talk. If there is
enough interest, we will set up a one hour meeting that is convenient for the most
people.
