What is AVS?
The AVETMISS Validation Software (referred to as AVS) is a new file validation and submission system to be used by
registered training organisations providing data to the National VET Provider, National VET in Schools and National
Apprentice and Trainee collections.
This web based system replaces the PC based validation software.

The AVETMISS Validation Software is managed by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) on behalf of the Australian
Government and state and territory governments, with funding provided through the Department of Industry (formerly the Department of Industry,
Innovation, Climate Change, Science, Research and Tertiary Education).
