2015 HERSHEY HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION PARTY
Dear Senior Parents,

CONGRATULATIONS! Graduation is rapidly approaching and plans for the 2015 HHS Graduation Party are
underway! The party, which is a drug and alcohol-free event, will be held at the Hershey Recreation Center.
Many activities are planned such as swimming, basketball, tennis, volleyball, a magician, a DJ and even a photo
station! Plenty of food and drinks will be provided.

Event Details: This event will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015, from 10:30PM – 1:30AM. Check-in
between 10:30PM – 11:30PM ONLY. Students must remain at the party for the entire time.

Tickets and Parent Donations: A suggested donation of $20 from parents is appreciated to defray
the costs of the party. Ticket price for the party is $10 per student. Please use the attached tear off
and either mail to HHS Graduation Party, P.O. Box 165, Hershey, PA 17033 or drop off in the high
school office by Friday, May 22. There will be NO TICKET SALES at the school or at the door.
Checks can be made out to HHSGPPC for either the donation, ticket, or both.

Prizes: A gift bag will be given to each party attendee along with a chance to win some other great
prizes including the Grand Prize of $1,000! These prizes are the result of generous community and
parent donations.

Parent Chaperones and Food/Drink Donations: If interested in contributing food/drinks or

We look forward to another great Hershey High School tradition of providing a memorable and safe evening
of fun for the Class of 2015!
