 Ensure Safe work permits system in operating plants
 Perform Incoming, in process and Final inspection to ensure the Material and Product
conforms to the quality standard in accordance to Project Specification, Codes
requirements as per QMS procedure.
 Collect all the Approved drawings for Construction.
 Review of Welding Procedures, (WPS, PQR.WQT, NDT Procedures, Hydro test, Blasting
painting procedure & Rewelding procedure.)
 Material’s Inspection as per codes (EN10204.3.1B & 3.1).
 Monitoring fabrication activities, Fit-Up’s of Structure’s, Skids, Pressure Vessels (Shell’s),
Piping, etc.
 Monitoring the Welding Process as per WPS and PQR.
 Inspection of welding consumables as per specifications.
 Preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
 Visually Inspect Defects on welded joints.
 NDE &NDT examining as per required percentage from AFC Drawings.
 Visual examining for surface defect and clearing them.
 Generating Pre hydro test punches.
 Conducting & Witnessing of Pneumatic Test. (ex: for Pressure Vessel Repads, etc).
 Liaison with Third party inspector for Witnessing Hydro test.
 Generating Post hydro punches.
 Witnessing of water Flushing; drying; Chemical Cleaning; Hot Oil flushing’s (if any).
 Upon clearing of post hydro punches preparing for clearance of Re in Statement (RNST).
 Liaison with Third party inspectors for witnessing of RNST.
 Blasting and painting inspections by checking DFT as per client’s requirements for
service temperature.
 Preparing punch list and Red line markup in drawings as per site modifications for As
Built Drawings.
 Liaison with Third party inspector for System Leak test (Nitrogen or Helium).
 Monitoring of QC activities from Sub-Contractors.
 Preparing documents for High Pressure ,Low Temperature Carbon Steel Pressure
Vessel’s and other services respectively for U-Stamps from AI- Authorized
Inspector.(ABS,DNV)
 Liaison with Inspectors for Load test for Lifting gears, Structure Skids.
 Torqueing witnessing(Pneumatic,hydrolic,manual)
 Maintaining the Quality Management System(QMS) ISO 9001-2000
 Liaison with the Third party, Client’s inspectors & construction staff for intermediate & final
acceptance.
 Liaison with Clients for Final submission of documents’ for signing them off.
 Control of all manufacturing Drawings& Complete all documentation required and on
time. (I.e. test, inspection reports & material inspection reports), etc.
 Compelling of MDR’s (manufacture data reports).
