Hello Catalina swim families,
This year we will be running the Wholesome Farms Meat Co. fundraiser.
This is a great opportunity to fill your freezer and do some fundraising at the same time. We are
hoping to run this on a year round basis.
Wholesome Farms uses grass fed angus beef grown locally and naturally without the use of
antibiotics or growth hormones. The meats are properly aged, packaged and delivered to your
door (within Red Deer city limits).
Wholesome Farms will donate 10% of your sales towards the swimmers fundraising (or against
fees if fundraising has been completed). Then 5% off your sales will go directly to Catalina swim
club.
We did a trial run during the summer and had amazing feedback from all who participated. We
did have a few snags that I hope to iron out for this go around.
1: Payment on orders are cash, cheque (made out to Wholesome Farms Meat Co.), or credit (add
5% on total). The order form shows Gst however this was a misprint and should be changed by
you to credit card.
2: The name, address, and phone should be your best contact information. EXAMPLE If you can
always be reached by cell you would use that number.
3: For those out of town a pick up will be available for you. If you are not home or cant arrange
delivery you are responsible for your own pickup.
4: The envelope is your order form. One per order. Fill out the white paper and cut off the
bottom portion and seal in the envelope along with payment. Keep the top portion for your
records.
5: There were no weights regarding the add to bundle section.
Beef Jerky (teryaki) is 100g per pack
Pepperoni is 300g per pack
Garlic Rings are 400g per pack
Ham Garlic Rings are 420g per pack
We are doing a fast turn around this month to accomadate all the demand. All orders are to be
dropped off at the swim office by OCTOBER 30th. Estimated delivery is between November 913.
