The above said American Bully is sold to the above "Buyer" for the total
price of $ ________ A deposit in the amount of $__________ by form of
Cash, PayPal, or Postal Money order, Money Gram ,Western Union, or Instant
wire Transfer is hereby made and the cash balance is due to Seller before the
dog is placed in the Buyer's possession, or before 8 weeks of age whichever is
soonest. Registration papers will also be held until the balance is paid in full,
after which the seller will register the puppy with American Bully Kennel Club,
papers will be mailed to buyer within 3 months of purchase. The buyer
understands that once a deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog
and is therefore, NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer will forfeit deposit and said dog

may then be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date being
____________________. If for some reason you no longer wish to purchase
said dog your deposit may be transferred to another litter for another puppy of
your choice of equal to or less value, with in a 12 month time period, or the
next 2 litters thereafter. Buyer understands that the above puppy must be
shipped or picked up before the age of 10 weeks unless agreed in writing by
seller to hold the puppy for a longer time period. Any puppies not shipped or
picked up will be charged a boarding fee of ________ by Cowboys Bully’s for
providing Shelter, Food, dewormings , and additional vaccines, unless agreed
upon prior to.
PUPPY HAS BEEN VET CHECKED AND HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE FREE OF
GENETIC DEFECTS AND IS IN GOOD HEALTH. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THEIR
STATE LICENSED VET CHECK THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY WITHIN 48 HOURS
TO VERIFY THE PUPS STATE OF HEALTH AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
1) Seller guarantees the said dog is a purebred American Bully, offspring of
the previously mentioned Sire and Dam. Seller DOES NOT guarantee the
color or size of the said dog.
** WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS. **
We will not be held responsible for skin and coat problems that are common for
dogs with the blue coloring.
The blue coat coloring in most breeds is associated with skin problems some of
which are not responsive to treatment. Blue coated dogs of all breeds are more
prone to bacterial, viral, staph, and fungal infections as well as various forms of
dermatitis, allergies, demodex, and color mutant alopecia. While some of these
conditions are hereditary many of them are simply the result of the blue coat
coloring.
All skin problems we know of are easily and inexpensively treated. Not all blue
coated dogs are affected however you need to be prepared if a skin or coat
condition develops.
We highly suggest you speak to a licensed vet before putting a deposit down
on a puppy who is blue or has blue parents.
2) Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another
individual in the purchase of this dog, and will not sell to a puppy mill.

3) Both parties agree that NO DOGS/PUPPIES HAVE BEEN SOLD FOR
FIGHTING OR ANY ILLEGAL PURPOSE. If the buyer is found to be using
the pup for illegal purposes or activities, or if the puppy is being kept
without adequate food, proper housing, or care we reserve the right to
regain possession of the pup.

Buyer agrees to provide for this dogs emotional and physical care,
including annual physical examinations and recommended vaccinations by
licensed vet: nutritious foods ect.
5)
Seller strongly recommends buyer attend obedience classes with dog
and provide proper socialization opportunities for puppy/adult. Seller shall not
be held responsible for the actions of a dog that are due to buyer’s negligence.
6)
Seller recommends neutering males and spaying females at the age of 6
months, unless dog is to be bred or is intended for breeding purposes. altered
dogs typically live a healthier life and generally have fewer behavioral
problems.
7)
Buyer agree's to inform the seller if the buyer intends to sell or transfer
ownership to a third party. First option to resume full owner ship must be
given too seller at a price and/ or terms mutually agreed upon by both parties.
This would take into consideration the cost incurred by the breeder in caring
for the dog and locating a new home. The dog will be returned with it full
registration and any medical records. The seller has 10 day to accept or reject
this right of first offer. If this dog at anytime in its life need to be surrendered
at no cost, the buyer will reclaim this dog, and its disposition becomes the
choice of the breeder / seller. Under no circumstances is the dog to be placed
in a pet shop, animal shelter, or other similar establishment.
8)
Should buyer be unable or unwilling to fulfill any of the above
agreements, or if dog is seized by local authorities, as having been neglected
abandoned, the seller retains the right to reclaim the dog without
compensation. Buyer agrees to pay seller any and all expenses including court
cost and reasonable attorney fees, in enforcing the terms and provisions of
this contract.

Canines are livestock and therefore cannot be returned for any reason other
than those stipulated in the health agreement or additional terms and
provisions section of this contract. All sales are final.
9) Buyer Hereby Agrees to Keep the Initials HGB’s In front of the above
Purchased dog’s registered name for the entire life of the dog, regardless of
sale or gift. Unless other arrangements have been arranged with seller .This is
to show where the Puppy was produced.
**PLEASE NOTE: if sales contract is not received, you the buyer are still
accepting ALL terms & conditions, once a deposit is placed on any of Heaven’s
Gate Bullies Dogs you accept the above terms & conditions.
