Ms. Francisco leads the American Diabetes Association’s digital marketing communication efforts and oversees the strategic positioning of its digital communications efforts. She is also charged with ensuring that the association has the tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, share information across the organization, and use data to drive decisions. Before moving into her current role, Ms. Francisco served six years at the Partnership for Public Service. The partnership’s mission is to revitalize the federal government by transforming the way it works and inspiring new generations to join public service. Ms. Francisco led the organization’s email marketing efforts, its implementation and management of communication systems, including Convio and Salesforce.com (CRM), and its strategic messaging. Previously, she held positions in the private sector including serving as a contract engineer for AT&T. Ms. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University.
