Tessmer Photography will be taking our 2015 Studio Photos, at Sarah’s Dance Academy’s Studio. Photos are Mandatory for
all students in Recital! Individual shots must be pre-ordered by April 24, 2015. An Order Form will be available at the front
desk. Individual shots will ONLY be taken with a pre-order.
Our staff worked very hard to schedule your Photo times back-to-back. PLEASE BE ON TIME. All Dancers must arrive ready
to go and in FULL COSTUME with ACCESSORIES, HAIR, and MAKEUP DONE.
Photo Day 2015
If you are doing a Solo, Duet, or Trio Performance, please make sure to be photographed in that costume, even if you
are not purchasing a Package. Mrs. Sarah wants a photo of everyone for the 2015 Poster!
What should you bring for Photo Day?

Does my child have to wear makeup for Photo Day?
We recommend make-up for Picture Day but not required. Photography’s lights are very bright and a child’s small facial may
appear washed out. Make-up will enhance your child’s eyes and Smiles.

Extra notes for Photo Day:




Do not wear glitter, body shimmer, or sparkles in your hair or on your body because the light picks them up and
appears like spots on the photo
Hair Spray your hair back so that you have a clean look, with no flyaway
Clean your dance shoes
Make sure that your costume fits you correctly No holes in your tights. Everyone had received a new pair of tights with
their costume. If needed, we also sell replacement tights at our Dance-N-IT Apparel Store.

 Tap and Ballet Combination Classes (Ages 3 - 7) & Friday 6:30-7:30pm (Mrs. Sarah) Wear hair half-up half-down, curly
 All other classes: Wear hair in a Big Bun, pull back, place bun in the center of your head. NO bangs or wisps, wear a
hair/bun net! (Please use one of the following Big Bun Maker, Hot Bun Maker, or a Donut.)
