Greens – This would include kale, chard, spinach, and collards. Kale has the highest
antioxidant rating of all vegetables, and is therefore a proven fighter and preventer of
cancer. Greens are high in calcium, iron, Vitamins A, C, and K, beta-carotene, fiber,
protein, and sulfur, which help the body detoxify. Greens can be mixed into soups and
smoothies, without any noticeable change in taste. Whatever you do, get greens in your
diet.
