Terms and Conditions
1.
Conditions of Use
The Vendor (Myprofile Pty Ltd) grants the Subscriber access to MyCareerMatch website to conduct Career & Resume
Profile assessments limited to the number of reports purchased and to download various reports and resources as
permitted by copyright law applicable to you. Reports cannot be sold, transferred or used by any other party, other than
the Subscriber. The Vendor will do its best to ensure that services provided by its Internet Service Providers and Web
Hosting businesses are in operation. The Vendor is not responsible for any break down in delivery services of profile
reports or access to the website.
2.
Reports
Individual reports purchased (non-licence purchases) do not need to be completed in a given period and can carry
forward until the number initially purchased is used. Additional reports can be purchased at any time at the current
price and conditions. Unused reports cannot be returned for a refund.
3.
Over-runs
The current fee will be charged for each additional report generated in excess of the number purchased by the
Subscriber – excludes the Licence Fee option.
4.
Licence Fee
The Subscriber may purchase a Licence which permits the Subscriber access to MyCareerMatch reports for the period to
31st December of that year the purchase was made and based on the maximum number of secondary school students
on the roll. At the end of the Licence period the Licence will expire (if not renewed). The Licence cannot be shared or
used by any other entity other than the Subscriber to whom the Licence has been provided. Breach will immediately
lead to termination without refund.
5.
Accuracy of reports
The Vendor is not responsible for the accuracy of Career or Resume Profile reports completed by a student or User. The
Vendor does not purport to offer career advice or counselling. The Career & Resume reports are a tool and aid for career
advisers and counsellors.
6.
Security Access
The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that computer security within its facility allows Users to access
MyCareerMatch and permit Temporary Session Cookies used by MyCareerMatch to process the questionnaire. The
Subscriber is responsible for ensuring emails containing the Users reports are deliverable to the User’s email address.
7.
Privacy
The Vendor does not retain or view copies of Career or Resume Profile reports of Users and therefore cannot supply
replacement copies should reports be mislaid or not received. A copy of reports is emailed, in most cases to the Career
Adviser.
8.
Disclaimer
MYPROFILE the Vendor, its Directors, Associates, Consultants or Staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive,
incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including and without limitation, any damages
arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use or performance of the MyCareerMatch Career and MyResume
Profile Report, or any of the resources available or its Website.
9.
Termination for breach of conditions
Access to MyCareerMatch will be discontinued immediately and no refund given if the Subscriber breaches any of the
Terms and Conditions or fails to make payment within 30 days of invoice.

The Subscriber acknowledges that all the material, reports and information is the Copyright and Intellectual Property of

Except as permitted by the copyright law applicable to you, you may not reproduce or communicate any of the content
on this website, including files downloadable from this website, without the permission of the copyright owner. The
Australian Copyright Act allows certain uses of content on the internet without the copyright owner's permission. This
includes uses by educational institutions for educational purposes, and by Commonwealth and State government
