Detail of the program is attached. The aim of the workshop is to educate Pediatricians and Gynecologists on how mother to child transmission of HIV can be prevented and incorporating it as part of good standards of clinical practice. Prevention of HIV transmission from parents to child (PPTCT) requires a comprehensive package of services that includes preventing primary HIV infection in women; preventing unintended pregnancies in women living with HIV; preventing transmission from pregnant women living with HIV to their infants; and providing care, treatment, and support for women living with HIV and families. Looking into the need, Crosslay AIDS & Wellness Centre in association with Department of Pediatrics and Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology are organizing a CME on Prevention and Treatment guidelines of HIV positive mother and infant for Pediatricians and Gynecologists. Registration is complimentary but mandatory. We look forward to your participation at the workshop. Sincerely Dr. S.K Mittal Head of Department Department of Pediatrics Dr Ruby Bansal Head of Department Crosslay AIDS & Wellness Centre
