Planning and starting a new sample collection

Preparation of sample aliquots (liquid) for longterm storage; includes eg blood, serum, plasma,
saliva, urine, other body fluids. (Fee-based)
DNA extraction
Extraction of DNA from whole blood and saliva.
DNA normalisation and reformatting

Genotyping
Chip-based snp analysis. Related technologies
developed by agreement. (Fee-based)
Viable cell preparation
Isolation, preparation and viable storage of
specific cell types, such as PBMCs and
