Dear Google,
I am writing regarding an ongoing matter regarding LIBELLOUS CONTENT ON BLOGS: I request that
the following three sites be *permanently* removed, for several reasons www.djh-graphics.blogspot.com

http://daniel-hart-commits-crimes-in-secret.blogspot.co.uk
1) The websites are obviously hateful, malicious and damaging. The allegations made on the above
blogs have no basis in fact. Their content, however, is defamatory against my person.
2) Impersonation / Intellectual Property.
There is a deliberate, and effective attempt to discredit and damage me through the use of my
company name – the same for my actual name which has been recently brought to my attention by
no less than three individuals.
3) Intellectual Property
Unauthorised use of my artwork – a life drawing that has been stolen from a flickr account and
posted there.
Although the legal team I consulted felt I had a very strong case, unfortunately I am in no position to
spend money on this. What I can say is that, several times in the past few months, I have been asked
about it – from business contacts as well as friends and dates, because, obviously, people google my
name and it comes up with this, and there will be years of unprovable damage as a result.
I request that you to take this matter seriously and spare me future embarrassments and subsequent loss
of income. I have since changed my company name to www.inspiragraphics.com but it is to no avail.
I received yet another response from your “legal team” two days ago (see at bottom*), which is identical
to the correspondence I have had in years past.

Having extensively researched various suitable lawyers, I am writing to seek legal advice regarding a
solution to online defamation.
My hope is to have the single pages listed removed; I have no intention to sue or seek damages,
although I request your advice on the matter. I must cap legal expenses, so this enquiry must also serve
as a quote based on your expertise and experience.
To give a little context, it concerns a woman (Felicity Jane Lowde) who was convicted for harassment –
three times since about 1998, and that’s only to my knowledge. The last time was in 2006, for six months,
at Holloway Prison, at which I was present at Bow Magistrates Court and saw her for the first time in my
life – she was sentenced and led away. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced any escalation or change of
trouble since then. But it remains a problem.
Although I am only writing about myself, I’d like it clear that I am one of well over 20 other individuals
who became the subject of her “hate blogs” (many others still exist – see below) – whilst it was
incredibly distressing for me, it was reported by many national newspapers, and I had the full support of
senior people at Oxford Police Station. I should also say here that their own requests to Google went
unaided, which angers and upsets me; I can only imagine what even more serious cases must entail.
Despite Google having removed many offending blogs relating to her at the time, they refuse to remove
the ones that really matter for me – those that reference my business, a search of which has seen it rise
from around page 4 to number 2, page 1, despite inactivity to the blog/page. Their original argument was
that they could not prove “authorship” unlike the other blogs, but I argued that it didn’t matter who
wrote it – the content was clearly unprovable (rapist /murderer) and quite blatantly defamatory. They
then pointed me to the Blogger terms and told me to take it up with the “author”.
I cannot and will not correspond with the subject, who is “of no fixed address” as far as anyone knows, as
well as being mentally ill and dangerous. I’m frightened she may become aware of their removal,
although I accept that possibility. Ultimately, it is important that she not be contacted, or in any way
know beyond her own checking, because I doubt she would even realise.

I only want these three sites to be removed.

However, if given your expertise, you feel that anything else might be relevant (such as other websites
that will affect either/both my name “Daniel Hart” or business “djh-graphics” then please let me know.
I’d welcome that advice - but again, must ask that your fee be capped dependent on your impression of
my case.
I believe Google should have dealt with it themselves, given their immediate response to other definable
“hate blogs” that might be say, anti-semitic, racist, homophobic and so on. I cannot see how this is
different. Let alone use of my artwork, company name and so on. Let alone the court order. So many
angles I’m asking your expertise on.
I even agreed to give an interview to Radio 1 Xtra at my house, such was the media interest. This was
spliced with various other “cyber-issues” and is terribly tacky, but I don’t feel I was misrepresented.

I could provide testimonials (that of Colin Brooker, an Oxford Police Superintendent who is familiar with
the matter) –here is a Court Document.
Although the Court conditions are recently expired, the sites/blogs (a page, really - untouched since 2006
and still hosted by Blogger (owned by Google), remain extant. The page-rank has only risen up the charts
since then, as I said – making number two the kind of ranking I cannot prove has affected my business –
but feel it will have done.
So here’s one of my many (I’d estimate about ten) fruitless emails to Blogger / Google – not to mention
online applications via Blogger.

This relates to two severely damaging "blogger" sites that have been set up that are still damaging my
reputation, despite them being dormant since 2006.
I had a response relating to this distressing issue back in May, but feel it was not correctly addressed. See
below.
I find it very hard to write this, and try to ignore it as much as possible - but the fact is, two extremely
nasty blogs exist that remain highly ranked in google.
I have attempted to explain why this is a problem before, but will explain again.

My arguments are as follows 1) This is clearly malicious - defamatory and entirely unfounded.
2) She is making unauthorised use of my company name (djh-graphics) and artwork.
3) Crucially, she is a known, dangerous serial harasser, who has been imprisoned three times for
harassment, and with certain orders placed against her (18 separate ASBOS and a restraining order), as
my attached court order document will illustrate (the five year term covers the period under which these

4) As said, this is damaging my business, because number 2 in a google search for "djh-graphics" displays
this blog.
5) I had numerous blogs removed around 2007 (about 8?) that were also related to me, by the same
author - so why not these two after so long?
