Welcome to the wine list at The Cavendish London hotel. We take the same care
and attention in choosing our wines as we do in choosing our food. Responsible
sourcing is very important to us, so many of the wines in this list carry an
environmental or ethical accreditation. These include Fair-trade, organic /
biodynamic and sustainably produced wines.
The United Kingdom is also increasingly becoming a great source of wine, which
naturally have the benefit of carrying low food miles and supporting the local
economy. We have five English wines from the award winning Chapel Down
winery in Kent which we recommend you try. New additions are the Primrose Hill
Brut Prestige and the Chapel Down Union Red. The best thing is that all our English
wines are now available by the glass in all of our outlets.
