Prove or disprove it using Bradbury’s “There Will Come Soft Rains,” as well as information gathered from researching benefits and disadvantages of technology. Use the checklist below as a guide to your writing. Introductory paragraph: Includes the chosen quotation and your claim (proven or not proven). Introduction should be a minimum of four to five sentences. There is an attention-getter drawing readers in to your paper. Body paragraph: There is a minimum of one body paragraph. This body paragraph should include the proof of your claim. There should be direct evidence from Bradbury’s short story and/or your technology benefits/disadvantages research. There should be visible transitions between ideas and/or paragraphs. You should include a minimum of two pieces of evidence. This paragraph should be longer than the introduction and conclusion. It’s the meat of the paper. Concluding paragraph: There should be a minimum of four to five sentences in your conclusion. This serves the purpose of wrapping up your claim and reminding readers of your purpose. Tell them again what they should have learned by reading your paper.
