Here is a general guideline for class
placement. The first few weeks of
classes we will be making adjustments
as necessary. Please be patient as we
become acquainted with this new
system and with each other!
Preschool Dance: Ages 3 & 4
Combo I: Kind & 1st
Combo II: 2nd & 3rd
Ballet I/Jazz I/Tap I: 4th & up
Ballet II/Jazz II/Tap II: 6th & up
Ballet III/Jazz III/Tap III: 8th & up
Ballet IV/Jazz IV/Tap IV: 10th & up
Modern/Contemporary: 6th & up
Acrobatics: 4th & up
Teen/Adult Ballet & Jazz: open to teens and adults
at the beginning/intermediate level
Adult classes (zumba, ballet/stretch, tap):
open to all adults!
Adult Drop-In Rate: $12 per class
*Adults (18+) may purchase a punch
card at a discounted rate that will be
good for all adult classes

Tuition Payment Schedule for the 2013-2014 Dance Season
The 35 week Dance Season consists of a 14 week Fall Semester and a 21 week Spring Semester.
Payment schedule is not figured by how many weeks are in a month. The 35 weeks are divided into
10 equal monthly installments, 4 in the Fall and 6 in the Spring.
By signing the Fall Registration Form you are agreeing to pay ALL 4 tuition payments.
By signing the Spring Registration Form you are agreeing to pay ALL 6 tuition payments.
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month.
1 hour/week =
10 monthly payments of $44
1.5 hours/week = 10 monthly payments of $63
2 hours/week =
10 monthly payments of $79 (10% savings)
2.5 hours/week = 10 monthly payments of $96
3 hours/week =
10 monthly payments of $112 (15% savings)
3.5 hours/week = 10 monthly payments of $127
4 hours/week =
10 monthly payments of $140 (20 % savings)
4.5 hours/week = 10 monthly payments of $153
5 hours/week =
10 monthly payments of $165 (25 % savings)
5.5 hours/week = 10 monthly payments of $176
6+ For each additional hour over 5 add $20 per payment

If tuition is paid in ONE payment by September 16, 2013 You receive a discount and make only one payment of:
1 hr/wk = $418 * 1.5 hrs/wk = $600 * 2 hrs/wk = $750 * 2.5 hrs/wk = $912 * 3hrs/wk = $1064 * 3.5 hrs/wk = $1206
4 hrs/wk = $1330 * 4.5hrs/wk = $1453 * 5 hrs/wk = $1567 * 5.5 hrs/wk = $1672 * 6 hrs/wk = $1706
1. Tuition payments and registration fees are non-refundable.
2. In the event of an injury that takes the student completely out of classes for an extended amount of time, a credit will
be given for the remaining classes that were paid for. This credit will be applied when the student returns to class.
The parent must discuss this with Miss Miranda at the time of injury.
3. Tuition is due whether the child attends class or not. There is no reduction for missed classes. Rates are based on 32
weeks of classes, not 35 which is the total number of weeks in the dance season. Three FREE lessons are included
in case of illness, inclement weather, etc.
4. If your tuition is over 3 months late, the student will be dismissed from classes until the tuition is paid in full. If
there is a problem, talk with Miss Miranda.
5. There is a $20 INSUFFICIENT CHECK (NSF) FEE/ plus ANY BANK FEES FOR ALL NSF CHECKS.
There is a $10 LATE FEE per month when your payment is 1 month late.
