I am the project integration lead for the Space Launch Systems (SLS) Avionics and Software Flight Controls group
on the SLS NASA program. I lead all project integration efforts across multiple avionics components including Flight
Computer, Battery Unit and Power Distribution Control Unit. I oversee schedules, IPT Baselines, change
integration, milestone development, supplier contract adherence and cost impact assessments. I support program
process improvement activities associated within the SLS Avionics group. I also have vast experience writing and
managing technical Statements of Work, contract modifications, Internal Work Agreements and Build to Print work
agreements. I am extremely familiar with a variety of tools to include CPES, APDM, DOORS and all Microsoft
applications.

I was a staff engineer and supplier manager supporting the U.S Army’s UH-60M Black Hawk upgrade fly by wire
helicopter program. I supported the Army Aviation Engineering Directorate as a technical focal on various upgrade
efforts for the UH-60M Black Hawk program. I was the Supplier Manager for the Integrated Vehicle Health
Monitoring System (IVHMS) (Goodrich Corp) on the UH-60M upgrade working all relevant issues with the prime
and government customer involving IVHMS CAAS issues. I lead the Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS)
Requirements Development and Traceability effort resulting in the closing of over 1,200 initial UH-60M
requirements
THE BOEING COMPANY
(Jan 2001 – Feb 2006) (Crystal City Virginia & Huntsville Alabama)
Served as an engineer/scientist working on the Ballistic Missile Defense System (Ground based and Flight Test
Missile Defense portion) in requirements development, requirements verification and validation. I helped close
over 400 requirements utilizing VCN/ACN procedures. I Oversaw ground testing documentation development and
approvals (leading a 4 person team). Lead efforts to develop/define system level test requirements and objectives
for integration ground tests utilizing system engineering processes. Large scale system of systems knowledge was
required for day to day work and customer interactions. Wrote various system interface control documents. I
supported National Team analyzing flight test risk items. Topics included RF/radar sensors, battle management
command and control and Kill vehicle. I also supported I was a Cost Account Manager (CAM) controlling over
$300,000 dollars a month in expenditures and adhering to strict Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
