Position:
Teacher Support Team Interventionist (Elementary)
Description:
To demonstrate the district’s beliefs in order to provide an optimum educational experience for each student and
to promote the student’s intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. As well, to develop and implement
coordinated early intervening services with a particular emphasis on students who have not been identified as
needing special education or related services, but who through classroom observation and data analysis show
specific needs for additional academic and behavioral support to succeed in the general education environment.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University,
Valid Mississippi Teaching Certificate, and
Other such qualifications of academic, professional, and personal excellence as the Board may specify.
