RENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS IS A LEGAL CONTRACT, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING.
By signing this document, you’re agreeing to the terms and condition herein set forth.
RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
We deliver to the address specified by the renter. Renter grants Athens Bounce House Rentals, herein after refer to as
“ABHR,” THE right to enter the property for the delivery, set-up, and pick up of the unit at the agreed upon time
specified in this agreement. Renter understands and acknowledges that the activities to be engaged in through his/her
rental of an interactive amusement game(s), obstacle course(s), slide(s), bounce house/jumper(s), and/or other
amusement equipment may bring with them both known and unanticipated risks to guests and one’s self. Those risks
include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease,
emotional distress, death and/or property damage to one’s self or his/her guests. Therefore, renter voluntarily release,
indemnify, hold harmless and discharge ABHR from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or rights of
actions, whether, personal to renter or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected
with his/her rental of any interactive inflatable game including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions.
Renter agrees to reimburse ABHR any reasonable attorney's fees in the defense of any such liability claim, demand,
action or right of action. In the event that renter filed a cause of action against ABHR, he/she agrees to do so solely in
the state of Georgia, and further agrees that the substantive law of said state shall apply in such action without regard
to the conflict of law rules of the state of Georgia. Renter agrees that if any portion of this agreement is found to be
void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full effect. Renter acknowledges that he/she has adequate
homeowner's insurance, tenant’s insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage
which may occur to one’s or his/her guests, from the use of the unit being rented or else renter agrees to solely bear the
costs of such injury or damage or damage. Rules: Renter agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all times
while said unit is in the possession of the renter. Accompanying this contract are directions for use and safety rules that
renter agrees to follow and utilize at all times during the operation and use of the interactive inflatable game(s). Renter
understands that he/she has the right to cancel the reservation due to rain, extreme temperature, or extreme winds,
however, there will be no refund, but renter may be qualify to receive a discount for a future date. After possession of
the unit, no discounts or refunds will be given due to unfavorable weather conditions even if unit is unusable do to
weather. Renter acknowledges and certifies that he/she has had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document,
that he/she understands its contents and that he/she freely, intelligently and without duress of any kind, agrees to be
bound by its terms.
Security Deposit: A non-refundable security deposit of $50. (cash or valid credit/debit card) per unit is required to
hold inflatable unit in reservation. Renter understands that the deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled
for any reason.
ANY UNIT NOT RENTED AS A WATERSLIDE WILL INCUR A $50 DRYING FEE IF FOUND TO BE WATERED BY WAY OF
HOSE OR SPRINKLER BY THE RENTER, RENTER’S GUESS OR INVITEES. JUMPERS, COMBOS, AND INTERACTIVES,
AND DRY SLIDES ARE NOT TO BE USED WET.
If unit is damaged as a result of misuse or failure to follow safety rules or procedures, renter agrees to pay for the cost of
such repairs.

1. The area requires for the club house MUST be at least 22’×22’×18′.
2. The area requires for the obstacle course MUST be at least 33’×15×14’.
3. The area requires for the jumpers/bounce houses MUST be at least 18’×18’×18’.
4. Units must be placed on a leveled ground.
5. All pets must be restrained while the bouncer and equipment are present.
6. Electricity must be available within 100 feet
7. The renter must provide sufficient access to the activity area to Athens Bounce House Rentals, for
the purpose of setting up and taking down the equipment upon delivery.
8. It is the responsibility of the renter that all swimming pools and hot tubs are properly enclosed or
supervised while children are using the bouncers, slides, and equipment.
9. The renter agrees to provide monitoring and instruction to all children on the proper use of the
equipment as is laid out in this contract prior to the children using the equipment.
10. No one under 18 MUST use any of ABHR’s equipment without adult supervision.
Equipment Use Rules
1. Adult Supervision is required at all times.
2. No shoes, food, silly strings, gum, sand or drink allowed in the equipment..
3. No face paints allowed in the equipment.
4. No SHARP objects, pins, buckles, barrettes, etc. allowed in the equipment.
5. Remove eyeglasses, contact lenses, and pierced earrings. NO pets of any kind.
6. Do not climb on walls of the bouncer, do not allow the users to all run in one direction and bounce off
walls (this may cause unit to tip over).
7. Do not bounce near the doorway. No flips are allowed.
8. Do not hold or hang on the string netting.
9. No more than 8 small children at one time in the bounce house, reducing the number for larger children.
Children of the same age should be grouped together.
10. It is recommended that pregnant women, individuals on medications, physical ailments, casts, heart
condition, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs DO NOT use any of the inflatables.
11. No cigarettes, cigars, or campfires should be anywhere near the vinyl (it is flammable). Campfires and
Fire works should be at a safe enough distance away where there is no chance of ambers or flames
reaching the units.
13. Units must be set up on a flat surface.
14. Do not water down any dry unit due to hot weather.
15. Bouncers are rated 600lbs capacity rate, therefore, only 6 100lbs bouncers, 4 150lbs and so on at a time.
SLIDE RULES
1. Only one child should slide in each lane at a time.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO JUMPING FROM THE TOP OF THE SLIDE. Child MUST slide down feet first.
3. When unit is wet, it is very fast. Extra caution must be exercised.
4. No water units should ever be inflated on asphalt, gravel, or cement. It is too dangerous for the
children. Grass only.

Emergency Procedures
In the unlikely event of a severe Weather Alert, High
Winds, Power Failure, or a Medical Emergency:
Exit patrons in an orderly fashion away from the game
Turn off the blower and unplug from the outlet
Keep riders and guests away from the inflatable
Call the appropriate emergency responders if necessary:
