Selection Activity RSVP Form embedded in the application submitted - No later than May 6, 2016
We will be sending out a formal confirmation with instructions following the
Application due date.

Selection Activity Dates will be held in June 2016. Check for dates. (Times and dates posted in MIT
Application) -

Unofficial Spring grades – ALL students MUST bring their unofficial grades to the Selection
Activity day in June, or fax to 541-885-1320, or e-mail to ronda.keating@oit.edu by June 24, 2016
