Rules & Conditions:
The show will be run under British Riding Clubs rules for Dressage
Competitions and is for seniors only. Mercian rules will also apply.

It is the responsibility of the rider to familiarise themselves with these
rules. Please note the rules for correct tack and riders’ attire.
Hard hats complying with British Riding Clubs rules must be worn at all
times when mounted.
Horses or ponies must be of 4 years of age and over.
Parking is restricted so please follow Steward’s instructions.
No horses to be left unattended tied to lorries/trailers.
For reasons of space and health & safety, lunging of horses on the
showground will not be permitted.
Dogs are not allowed on the showground. If there is no alternative but to
bring your dog with you it must be kept securely in a vehicle at all times.
WRC reserve the right to refuse entry to any class without explanation.
WRC cannot be held responsible for any error in the time schedule and
reserve the right to amend / alter / cancel any class.
All persons attending the event do so at their own risk. The land owners,
organisers or their officials will not be held responsible for any accidents
or damage to persons, horses or property.
All competitors must have valid and up to date 3rd party public liability
insurance.
The organisers will not be responsible for any accident or loss of property
or otherwise from any cause connected with the show & it is a condition
of entry that each competitor shall hold the organisers blameless & shall
indemnify them against loss damage or legal proceedings.
The Organisers of this event have taken every reasonable precaution to
ensure the Health & Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be
effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid &
prevent accidents occurring & must obey all signs & instructions of the
Organisers and all Officials & Stewards. Additionally, those attending this
event must report any of the following incidents or accidents to the
Secretary or Organiser of this event: Property or vehicle damage, Personal
injury or Personal illness.

The venue will be signposted off the A443 at Hallow into Moseley
Road.
Team Managers must ensure that all competitors are aware that
this route must be used to avoid use of very narrow lanes.

Individual Entries:
Entries will be limited in each class
All classes are Mercian Team Classes and will also be open to individuals;
however priority will be given to Mercian Teams entries.
Each club will be guaranteed a minimum of 2 teams.
No Horse/Rider combination may enter the same class as both an
individual and a Mercian Team member.
Please mark your entry clearly if competing in both Mercian Teams & as
an individual in other classes.
Rosettes to 10th place in all classes for individuals & teams.
Mercian teams of 4, Classes 1 & 4 + best of 2/3 to count

Individuals £12 per class Mercian teams £48.
All entries must be on the form provided, completed and accompanied by
a cheque payable to Wyvern Riding Club.
Entries close on Saturday 11th July 2015.
No late entries.
