Instructions for Authors Regarding preparation of Manuscripts
Full Paper and Summary
Format
Text should be typed on word processer MS Word or LateX in single line spacing using Times New
Roman, 12 font size, justified text, A4 size paper with clear margin as follows: top, right and bottom 1 inch, left 1.15 inch.
Title: Bold, Times New Roman, font size 14, centered, leave one line empty (12 size) after the title.
Name(s) of the author (s), email : Times New Roman, 12 font size, bold, centered. Please write your full and surname or the name, you wish to be listed by in the program, in capital letters. e-mail in next line with same properties. Leave two lines empty (12) after this.
Key words: Maximum five keywords separated by comma. 12 font size, Times new roman, left. Leave two lines (12) after keywords.
Summary
Times New Roman 12, justified, single line spacing. It should be concise and should not exceed one page.
Start full paper from new page with paper title and author's information.

Sections and columns: Do not use either of this.
Full paper: Full paper should not exceed 15 pages including maximum 8 page of main text with abstract, pictures, diagrams, references and appendices.
References: References should be listed in alphabetical order at the end of the paper. It should be used as:
[Author's last name], [initials][.],[(year of publication)][.][ Title of the Paper or Article ],[name of book or journal],[vol no],[page number],[city & publisher]. In citation, the reference is to be given as [(Author's name, year of publication)]. Use et al. for those with more than two authors.
Bibliographic note: A short summary on past experience, publication. membership of societies and associated achievements.
Contacts: At the end of the paper give author's contact as given in template. This note is beyond the page limit of 15.
Publication rights: By submitting the full paper to the workshop organizers, authors agree to give the organizers, the right to publish their paper in proceedings and websites without any compensation.
Publication : The full paper will be published on a CD-ROM, which will be distributed at the workshop
The high quality selected papers will be invited to be considered for the special issues on FIG, ISPRS,
GSDI related journal. By submitting the full paper to the conference organizers, each author agrees to publish his/her paper on the FIG/ISPRS web site without any compensation.

Registration:
All participants have to register through the workshop website or by using registration form available for download from the website.

Submission of papers:
The paper shall be submitted in digital format to the workshop secretariat.
Presentation of papers:
In the technical sessions there will be laptop and assisting personnel at the workshop venue for the presenters.
