2014-2015 PTO COMMITTEES
PTO committees enhance the school atmosphere in many ways, including fundraising for
curriculum enrichment, social activities, after school programming, etc. PTO committees
are a great way to get involved with Braeside and at the same time commitments vary
tremendously by committee. The Buzz Book has the names of all current committee
members, so feel free to call anyone on a committee you may be interested in with any
questions, or contact Jane Peszek at (847)-433-2351, fjpesek@gmail.com Leslie Rosen at
(847)-433-7218, leslie.n.rosen@gmail.com.
Please return this form to the school office by Friday, May 30th.
Please check off your choices to sit on a committee with an “X” and indicate with a “C” if you
are willing to serve as that committee’s chairperson. A committee chairperson will
typically work on the tasks described, and have some additional organizational and
scheduling responsibilities including presenting at a PTO meeting at some time during the
school year.
