-Amanitin dilution list
Each tube contains 125 mg of dry instant Drosophila food.
Each tube gets 375 uL liquid to result in 500 mg of edible food.
10 vials have to be made for each -amanitin concentration.
Set up the following dilutions in a 15 mL Falcon tube, starting with the
lowest solution. Use the same Falcon tube for all dilutions and
decontaminate it at the end.
