CHURCH CLEANING Objectives and Plan FOR 2015 THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! 3.1.2015 THANK YOU!! Thanks to all 27 families for helping to clean the church once a quarter during the current year. We believe the work can be done in around 2 hours with the 2-family teams. If it takes longer than 2 hours to clean for any of you, please let me know. We will make some adjustment. If a conflict arises for a certain week, please try to switch weeks with families working other weeks. If that is not possible, please call me (377-2543). Phone numbers are attached with the schedule in the same order as the family names. I have attached a copy of our cleaning objectives and plan. It includes responsibilities for: 1) the Sunday morning deacons, 2) the leaders of weekly and special activities, 3) weekly volunteers for cleaning (above schedule), and 4) a thorough cleaning by our outside source. Mindy Day has volunteered to oversee the cleanliness of the restrooms with an inspection and spot cleaning after each Sunday morning activity. This will assure that the restrooms are OK for the weekly activities. Thanks again, to all of you for your service to the congregation and your stewardship of our facility.
