Discussion of formation of Tourism Board:
Allocation of tourism tax dollars:
Kevin moved and Debbie B seconded.
$18,000 to Chamber
$1,000 to OCTC
$6,000 to Ridge Riders
$2,000 to CAPRD
Motion passed.
Chamber meeting: Scott & Peggy will write a letter about the RCWs for tourism dollars
and Kerry will present to the Electric City Council meeting on Feb. 10th.
The Tourism board is on hold until there is a firm commitment from the cities for regular
contributions.
Scott proposed to offer at discount a full page ad to run 2 times a year where member
can be listed as chamber members.

Long Range Planning
Sheryl to help with music, committee will include Peggy, Wade and Sheryl.
Wade is working on obtaining a carnival.
Positive response to bounce houses, great addition.
Saturday Market:
Discussion: Not sure about attendance any more. Move location to N Dam Park or
possibly grass at Richard Buttons property.
Sunday:
Debbie S to call Lynn at the Bureau about the Project manager coming to speak at
chamber
