RESEARCH PLAN Prior to each secondment, researchers need to complete and submit a Research Plan, which records their up-to-date research objectives. The Research Plan is important for the host institutes, as it enables them to efficiently plan their incoming secondments and to make the necessary resources available. Furthermore, it is of importance to the UKNA Secretariat, which will use the Research Plan for reporting to the European Commission. Please make sure to complete the Research Plan of your secondment for submission and to send it with: Your home institute Your host institute (see pages 2 and 3 for the necessary contact information) In case of any changes to your Research Plan, such as a change of dates or a change of topic, please re-submit your Research Plan, so that the home and host institutes and the UKNA Secretariat have the latest information. Please note that, in addition to this form, researchers should ensure that they familiarise themselves with any additional requirements as stipulated by their host institutes and host countries.
