Missouri Sex Offender Program (MOSOP) (January 2004-September 2005) Clinical Director of Operations Supervised mid-level unit directors and the 6 therapists within a state-wide medium security sex offender prison treatment program. This included a civil commitment psychologist evaluator and a master-level psychological evaluator. Consulted with the Administrative Director on various sex offender program policies and procedures and had developed evaluation and treatment protocols for both line and mid-level unit staff. Developed a curriculum for psycho-educational groups with a focus on criminal thinking errors and substance abuse/addiction, as well as has observed/evaluated therapist performance within their treatment groups. Supervised the civil commitment psychologist on report writing and how to present the case to the Missouri Attorney General’s office, along with supervising the female sex offender therapist program within the Vandalia correctional center Illinois Sex Offender Evaluation Program (January 2004September 2005) Clinical /Forensic Psychological Evaluator Conducted sex offender civil commitment evaluations in maximum/medium security level prisons located throughout the state of Illinois. In the cases I has evaluated, “probable cause” was established in 100% of the cases I had served as the expert witness.
