Money & Fees
Where do I pick up OSAP documents? Where do I process OSAP documents?
Students receiving OSAP assistance must visit their registrar’s office to pick up their documents. Students
should first check their OSAP status online to make sure their documents are ready. Three pieces of
identification are required – a government-issued photo ID, TCard and SIN card – as well as a void cheque. For
a limited time, some registrar’s offices will have people present who can help students process their
documents. Otherwise, students will have to process their documents at a designated Canada Post outlet, one
of which can be found at the U of T Bookstore on the main floor of the Koffler Student Services Centre, 214
College St.
Where do I pay my fees?
Pay your fees at a bank, either in person or through online banking. Print your fees invoice from your
ROSI/ACORN account at rosi.utoronto.ca.
Find answers to your questions on the Fees website:
fees.utoronto.ca.
How do I request a fee deferral?
Requesting a fee deferral should be done as early as possible. Undergraduate students should visit their
registrar’s office. Graduate students at OISE, Rotman and Dentistry should visit their own registrars, and all
other graduate students should consult the School of Graduate Studies. Please note it is not permissible to
defer non-academic fees, such as residence fees.

What’s a UTORid? How do I get one?
Your UTORid is an 8 digit code that allows you access to university computers and online systems such as
email and Portal (Blackboard). Find your UTORid on your TCard. To activate it, you must go to
utorid.utoronto.ca and use the secret activation key (SAK) issued by the TCard office at the time you receive
