Progress Lighting adds energy efficient options with new LED products
Greenville, S.C., Jan. 14, 2015 – Progress Lighting has answered the demand for more
efficient lighting technologies with the introduction of six new LED collections for indoor
applications. Not only do the additions support green design, but the fixtures also
provide aesthetically pleasing styles and light output fit for a variety of interior settings.
“Our expansion of LED sources allows builders and consumers to make energy saving
decisions that lower maintenance costs – without sacrificing aesthetic appeal,” said
David Peek, Director of Decorative Product Development for Progress Lighting. “The
new products provide an overall lighting effect that is better than traditional sources and
fits the needs of homeowners of all ages.”
Progress Lighting’s LED introductions include:
Arch LED
Arch LED is an innovative series of acrylic LED wall sconces that optimizes value and
aesthetic appeal through a variety of decorative element options. Screen-printed lens
accessories – in fabric linen or nature-inspired patterns – can be inserted into the
fixtures for a unique effect, while a perforated metal mesh end cap diffuses light above
and below the fixture to provide even illumination.
Arch LED features 17W replaceable LED modules, which offer 90 + CRI, 3000K
performance and low maintenance benefits. All fixtures are ENERGY STAR qualified
and California Title 24 compliant. Sconces can be mounted on the wall or the ceiling and
are available in a Brushed Nickel finish.
Balance
Create harmony in a variety of environments with Balance’s clean design and
environmentally friendly architectural styling. For design versatility, fixtures can be wall
or ceiling mounted.
Soft acrylic lens and a Brushed Nickel finish are highlights of these ENERGY STAR
qualified fixtures. With Balance’s 9W dimmable LED source, fixtures feature a 3000K,
90+ CRI replaceable LED engine and California Title 24 compliance.
Beyond
The Beyond collection offers a variety of distinctive, modern designs with updated casual
flair. Available in round or square styles, the assortment features options with textured
glass, metal overlays, or geometric acrylic diffusers. Each fixture includes a replaceable
LED engine that boasts 90+CRI, 3000K performance.
Helm
Helm is a uniquely styled series available in three sizes and Brushed Nickel or Antique
Bronze finishes. Featuring a replaceable LED source, Helm offers a 90+ CRI, 3000K
performance and low maintenance benefits. Dimmable fixtures can be installed as
standalone pieces – or in clusters of two or more. For added design flexibility, Helm can
be ceiling mounted or wall mounted.
LED retro pendant
Retro-styled LED pendant with prismatic glass offers a clean, simple design and classic
appeal. Available in Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Antique Bronze finishes, this
pendant is ENERGY STAR qualified and Title 24 compliant, boasting a replaceable 90+
CRI, 3000K source.
