They are planning to launch 325 stores in 2013 alone which means have a strong cohesive unit is even more important. By participating in an Eagles Flight program they could improve some of their weak sections and become an even more amazing company. Growth Potential Kodak has recently been struggling a lot due to the fact that their industry in general is struggling. They have stopped producing cameras and are focusing more on print now. They may have an opportunity to redeem themselves but they will need a strong team behind them. By really focusing on some of their main problems they could try and help their staff reach their full potential. By achieving that they could then focus on their company reaching its full potential once again.
