Rational
According to rate my employer RIM would be a good candidate for Eagles Flight because they have
issues with internal communication, engagement, teamwork and cooperation, stress, and work/family
life balance. All of these issues can be resolved with programs at Eagles’ Flight and it makes them a
perfect candidate.
Growth Potential
Everyone has been aware of RIM’s recent issues, but it is still believed they have a lot of growth
potential. Their new line of blackberry’s BB10 has generated a lot of buzz and can be the thing that
brings the company back to its past standing. Now that they have a great new product it is crucial that
their team work as a cohesive unit to help the company back to their potential. The office has been very
uncomfortable due to all the layoffs, and RIM should consider investing in some Eagles Flight programs
to get them one step further on their journey to success.

According to rate my employer the main issues Eagles Flight can address for Best Buy are : tasks and
responsibilities, work/family life balance, feedback, internal communication, and stress. With Best Buy
moving into smaller more intimate stores some of these issues will become even more crucial and it is
that much more important for Best Buy to address them now.
Growth Potential
Although it looks like Best Buys box stores have a low growth potential it has shown that downsizing the
stores has worked to their advantage. People are drawn to the smaller stores and Best Buy gets to save
on rent. They do have a potential for growth in the smaller store sector if they use that to their
advantage.

Rationale
Sears has many problems that Eagles Flight could address but the top five are : engagement, teamwork
and cooperation, tasks and responsibilities, internal communication, and organization of work. Eagles
Flight has programs that could address all of these issues. Someone had even commented “too bad
there isn’t an option for no star”. This proves that Sears needs to address these issues very quickly in
order to try and save their company. Having another large competitor coming into the area means they
need to find another competitive edge. Eagles Flight could be one of the things that helps them improve
customer service and maybe help them regain some of their past customers.
Growth Potential
Most people are saying that Sears has a very bleak future right now. So they have a pretty low growth
potential. If they were to address some of their main issues I stated above it is possible that they could
slowly start to repair the damage that has been done. Eagles Flight should be something that Sears
considers before they close up all of their stores. If they don’t use the program it would be something
they regret because a change in the employees attitudes could be something that helps Sears recover.
H&M

According to rate my employer H&M is one of the better companies, but they still have a few things
they could perfect. Some of the problems Eagles Flight could address are : values and corporate culture,
management skills, tasks and responsibilities, stress, and work/family life balance. H&M is a wellestablished company but there are a few things that can be improved upon. By using Eagles Flight it
would improve the quality of their employees and give them more of a competitive edge.
Growth Potential
H&M plans on future expansion and new business opportunities. It is a well-run business with a good
reputation that could be a bit better. They are planning to launch 325 stores in 2013 alone which means
have a strong cohesive unit is even more important. By participating in an Eagles Flight program they
could improve some of their weak sections and become an even more amazing company.

Rationale
According to rate my employer Kodak has a few issues to resolve. Engagement, management skills, tasks
and responsibilities, values and corporate culture, and organization of work are the main five issues. All
of these problems could be solved with Eagles Flight programs. It should be something that Kodak
deeply considers due to their recent problems.
Growth Potential
Kodak has recently been struggling a lot due to the fact that their industry in general is struggling. They
have stopped producing cameras and are focusing more on print now. They may have an opportunity to
redeem themselves but they will need a strong team behind them. By really focusing on some of their
main problems they could try and help their staff reach their full potential. By achieving that they could
then focus on their company reaching its full potential once again.
