Background
PAM LOPKER founded the company in 1979 and is responsible for shaping the vision and strategic
direction of QAD, as well as directing the company’s global research and development efforts.
Pam has long been recognized for her entrepreneurialism and leadership in the advancement in
manufacturing software. In March 2001, Fortune magazine named Lopker a "Hero of U.S.
Manufacturing." She has been profiled four times by Forbes magazine and numbers among
Manufacturing Systems’ “Legends of Manufacturing,” as well as START magazine’s manufacturing
industry visionaries. She received Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Greater
Los Angeles area in 1996.
Pam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from the University of California, Santa
Barbara. She is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American
Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Backgrounds
DAVID ADAMS brings more than 25 years of experience with ACOM Solutions in sales management,
channel sales support management and direct sales, joining ACOM Solutions in 1990. As Business
Development Manager, Adams is responsible for recruiting and training partners to sell our AP
Automation, Payment, Document Management, and Document Output solutions. Since 1996, when
ACOM became a QAD partner, Adams has worked with QAD to introduce the ACOM software
solutions to partners and end users.
Adams earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems from
California State University, Long Beach.
OYKU ASIKOGLU received her BS degree from Istanbul Technical University in 2004. Following two
years of industry experience in supply chain management, she joined the Industrial and
Manufacturing Engineering Department at The Pennsylvania State University as a Ph.D. student. Over
the course of her studies at Penn State, Oyku took part in numerous projects, taught classes in three
different departments, and published peer reviewed papers. She conducted her dissertation research
project at the Penn State Engineering Design and Optimization Group on Process Optimization.
Upon receiving her doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering, she joined QAD Pre-Sales team in June
2012. She got extensive training on the new QAD Demand and Supply Chain Planning Solutions and
is currently responsible for product demonstrations in North America.

BERNADETTE BAGLEY is responsible for administering QAD’s training activities worldwide. She led
implementation of the QAD Learning Center and oversees development of QAD’s annual Explore
training events. Prior to joining QAD, Bernadette worked for 25 years managing training and technical
writing teams for a variety of software companies.
Bernadette is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the Computer
Education Management Association and the SumTotal Learning Systems Advisory Panel. She is a
graduate of California State University, Long Beach, CA, and is currently pursuing APICS CPIM
certification.
TONI CLUBB is the recently retired CFO from Vitatech Nutritional Sciences, Inc., a global nutritional
supplement manufacturer in Tustin, California. For the last 21 years, Toni has been directing all
financial and treasury aspects for this company, as well as overseeing the IT department. She was the
Project Manager for the implementation of QAD in 2006, as well as the company’s upgrades in 2008,
2010 (Enterprise Edition) and 2013. Toni also played an instrumental role in the 2015 sale of Vitatech,
in partnership with M&A firm Duff & Phelps.
In total, Toni has worked in the financial and accounting arena for over 39 years, including 6 years for
two Fortune 50 companies (PepsiCo Inc. and W.R. Grace). She holds an MBA from National University,
and completed her undergraduate degree as a student athlete at Florida International University.
MARTIN COHEN’s company, Broom Street Software, focuses on mobile products and provides
consulting services implementing, customizing, maintaining, and training on QAD’s ERP systems.
During his tenure at Broom Street for the past 16 years, Martin has designed, built, and supported
dozens of QAD systems.
Other experience includes Quality Assurance and Configuration Management positions in the
Software Engineering arena. In addition, he currently serves on the Advisory Board Of Directors as
Co-Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science for LaSalle University in
Philadelphia, PA along with having two US patents in the area of consumer electronics.
AMANDA CRISSMAN has been working on the Channel Islands user experience for over two years,
with a background in manufacturing and human factors engineering.
Prior to QAD, Amanda worked at defense and technology startup companies in Industrial Engineering
roles. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Integrated Technology Management from
California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

SCOTT DULECKI has been helping companies better utilize QAD and Progress since 1994. He is a
frequent and popular presenter at many regional QAD and Progress User Groups, as well as at QAD's
annual Explore! conference. He is the author of Safe Haven: Archiving in MFG/PRO, Safe Haven:
MFG/PRO Basics, and Back to Basics: Dump and Load. He serves on the speaker committees of the
Midwest and South East QAD User Group boards. He founded and serves as President of the West
Michigan Progress Users Group, as well as being past President of the Michigan Progress Users Group.
Scott received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from the University of Detroit. He
has been recognized as Certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS, as a
Distinguished Toastmaster by Toastmasters International, and as “PEGger of the Year” by the Progress
Email Group (PEG), and is also an avid CRPG player.
RAY GREENWOOD currently leads Strategic’s nationwide consulting team. He has over 25 years of
experience in Manufacturing Operations, QAD Consulting and Project Management. During his
extensive career, Ray has successfully led and managed dozens of QAD implementations
encompassing all manufacturing verticals and company sizes. Ray has extensive experience with life
sciences companies, their regulatory requirements, and is an expert in all aspects of enterprise
software validation.

WALTER LITTLE has been with Second Sight since 2001. He is currently the Sr. Enterprise Applications
Engineer. Second Sight is a medical device manufacturer that has commercialized a bionic eye system
for blind people. He is responsible for the ERP, Quality Management, and CRM applications, and is
managing major upgrades and implementations in each of these areas. He brings into this role prior
experience in IT, R&D (as a software developer), Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, and
Finance. Walter is passionate about leveraging technology to bring about excellence in all aspects of
an organization.

STEPHEN MCHUGH has been working with the QAD and Progress since December of 1989. As an
employee at QAD Inc. starting in 1989, Stephen gained an intimate knowledge of the QAD software
enterprise solution. During his tenure at QAD, Stephen refined his skills in the areas of support,
customization, training, and software engineering. In October 1993, Stephen founded the company
Broom Street Software specializing in Progress 4GL programming in concert with QAD
implementations and customizations. With many success stories and accolades, Stephen has proven
to be an integral part of the implementation phase. The Progress and the QAD communities have
recognized his talents and expertise, verified by numerous successful implementations,
customizations, and products in various vertical markets.
SAM MIKHAIL has been helping ERP users migrate to a paperless enterprise with integrated ePayment
processing and AP Automation solutions since 1994. Sam brings considerable experience in
document and payment process automation software, especially in the areas of ERP integration and
transitioning organizations and their Vendors to ePayment processing.
Sam earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems at California State University, Long

TERRY ONICA is responsible for QAD product strategy and global market activities in the automotive
sector, working closely with customers and industry associations worldwide. She has focused her
career on supply chain and technology in the automotive industry working previously at GM, Ford and
Johnson Controls. Additionally, Terry has held several leadership positions in global automotive
industry standards associations over the past 20 years.
Terry is one of the authors of the Materials Management Operations Guideline/Logistics Evaluation
(MMOG/LE) which was developed through the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) and Odette.
She has been awarded several outstanding achievement awards from both AIAG and Odette for in
driving the development and implementation of global industry initiatives to advance materials
management and technology standards within automotive supply chains.
ASTRID ROMMENS is responsible for developing the Automation Solutions practice, which includes
the deployment of new products, as well as project implementation and consulting services. She
brings more than 30 years of experience working for QAD in a variety of different roles, including
business analysis; managing product development; and managing QAD's Global Resource Centers.
She was instrumental in the development of the first AMS & Cloud services as project manager.
The last few years, she has been program manager for global organizations and involved in the
successful development and first implementation of the data collection and label printing solution.
Astrid has a degree in business informatics in The Hague in the Netherlands and is currently living in
Michigan.
TRACEY RHOTON recently joined QAD as the User Experience Manager. She brings 20 years of
experience in the software industry, with specialties in usability and user research.
Prior to joining QAD, Tracey managed and conducted research and design for financial, fundraising,
and membership software serving the nonprofit and association management sectors. Tracey earned
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication - Journalism from Texas State University, San
Marcos. She is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) in usability and software design from Human Factors
International.

GUIDO VAN DEN BROECK leads QAD Product Strategies in the areas of manufacturing, inventory
management, quality control and cost accounting. He brings 18 years of experience with QAD
products and implementation services at global organizations in Life Science, Industrial, Automotive,
F&B and CPG. He currently is driving new product introductions in areas of packaged inventory, item
unit serialization, quality control, item attributes, data collection and label printing. Guido has a
Master’s degree in engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, and an MBA from ESADE, Spain.
