Four County Community Foundation’s Youth Advisory Committee is pleased to
sponsor Vocational and College scholarships. Applications are reviewed by the Youth Advisory
Committee (YAC), a young people’s philanthropy committee of Four County Community Foundation and
approved by Trustees of the Foundation.
Scholarships are open to youth meeting the following criteria:
Students must attend and/or reside in one of the seven school districts served by Four County
Community Foundation, which are: Almont, Armada, Capac, Dryden, Imlay City, Oxford or Romeo.

College Scholarships: a one year, non-renewable award.
You must be a senior to apply.
Application due to 4CCF by April 1.

Vocational Scholarships:
You must be a senior to apply for a vocational school scholarship award.
Not eligible: high school night classes or private secondary schools.
Application due by April 1.
The Process
The Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) will review application information without knowledge of any
student’s identity. The YAC’s recommendation will then be reviewed by the Four County Community
Board of Trustees for approval. Additional information may be requested from finalists for the screening
process. Students will be notified by mail if they receive an award.
