TASER® BUY-BACK OFFER
Accredited Security (a Nevada Corporation at 8635 W Sahara Ave #614, Las Vegas, NV 89117)
hereby agrees under terms of this Agreement to redeem a quantity of __________ X26 TASERS
from __________________________________________________________ (Seller) located at
____________________________________________________________________ as follows:
TERMS: Accredited agrees to pay $300.00 (THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS) for each working
X26 Taser along with all accessories. Seller is to include a minimum of one cartridge and holster
for each. Tasers must be operational or repairable with the cost of the repair deducted from the
price. Prices are subject to change after June 15, 2015. Seller is to confirm acceptance by phone,
fax, mail or email before shipping Tasers. Please include contact information or this form with
shipment. Accredited will mail a company check to Seller within three business days of receipt.
SHIP TO: Accredited Security, 131 Daniel Webster Hwy, Suite 561, Nashua, NH 03060.
Accredited will reimburse Seller for the shipping cost using Seller’s choice of shipping method.
Accredited will return or destroy inoperable, unrepairable Tasers at Seller’s option and expense.
REGISTRATION: Accredited conducts the legal registration transfer of Taser serial numbers
received providing copy to the Seller. Accredited does not retain Seller serial numbers. Therefore
the Seller identity remains confidential. Accredited sells only in the USA, confirms the identity
of every law enforcement agency and officer, and also retains customer identity information for
manufacturer identity background check policy which meets and exceeds all legal requirements.
LIABILITY: Accredited agrees to hold the Seller harmless in the unlikely event of legal action.
