The fund supports the Newcastle Neonatal Service at Newcastle Royal Victoria Infirmary, which cares for babies from across the North East and Cumbria. A staff of 120 nurses and 30 doctors look after 34 babies at any one time and Tiny Lives aims to support the neonatal service in providing the highest quality of care by funding a range of facilities, staff posts, training, research and equipment.
