HORSE CLASSES

Entries in advance please for classes 1- 21. £3.50 per class (enter 4 classes and get the 5 th free!). Entries will be taken on the day with an extra cost of 50p per class. Closing date for pre entries Friday 31 st July.

Minimus and Handy Pony/Horse - £1.50 a go on the day (have 4 goes and get 1 free)

All horse competitors will be charged £2 first aid fee per competitor.

DOG CLASSES

Dog Classes - £1.50 for the first class entered and £1 for any other dog class entered after that. (per dog)

SHOW RULES

1. Suffolk Punch Trust have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the owners/agents whether written or verbal.

2. Suffolk Punch Trust shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions and shall indemnify

Suffolk Punch Trust or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an incident.

3. No refunds will be given once classes are entered and entries are non transferable

4. Judges decision is final.

5. Hard hats to current BS EN 1384, PAS 015 or ASTM F1163 must be worn & correctly secured whilst mounted.

6. All children MUST wear a hard hat if competing in hand

7. No stallions are allowed in any class.

8. If your horse or pony is known for kicking, please make sure you put a red ribbon in it’s tail to warn others.

9. Lorries must not be mucked out onto car park.

10. No bicycles or motorcycles, except disabled scooters, anywhere on site.

11. All dogs must be kept on leads and all dog mess cleaned up.

12. No ball games permitted at any time.

13. No fires or barbeques at any time on the premises.

14. All children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

15. All rubbish/litter to be removed from site or placed in bins provided.

16. Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will be liable to forfeit their fees & expulsion from site.

17. In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left with the secretary in case of an accident.

18 Photographs taken by the official photographer can and will be used for promoting Eastern light photography/Suffolk Punch

Trust for publicity , promotional and on website and multi media applications.
