Process control and research development
4 Year
 Process control of EAF, LRF, and caster and rolling mill.
 Observed the defects in the HR Coils and study the different process parameters and
find out the root cause of different defects like-(alumina, edge bur, rolled in scale,
roll wear scale, longitudinal cracks etc.)
 New product development as per requirement of customer.
 Attained the customer complaint for cold rolling, welded tubes and pipes, LPG
Cylinder. And analysis there problems.
 Mechanical testing of different grades of steel like (tensile test, hardness, impact,
bend, DWTT)
 Find the microstructure, inclusion rating and grain size of different grades of steel.
Customer Complaint
Attending to customer complaint is also being done by me in HR coils, which is
generally sent to cold rolling ,pipes,LPG cylinder, boiler & automobile
applications.Finding out the cause of problem and done rectification in HR coil to
prevent recurrence.
