Supported By
IEEE Philippines Section and IEEE CIS Philippine Chapter
Joint with ISCIII 2014
7th International Conference on Humanoid, Nanotechnology, Information
Technology, Communication and Control, Environment, and Management
(HNICEM 2014) co-located with 6th International Symposium on Computational
Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics (ISCIII 2014) to be held at the Hotel Centro,
Puerto Princesa, Palawan from November 12-16, 2014.
The 7th HNICEM and 6th ISCIII are being organized by the IEEE Philippines
Section together with the De La Salle University, Neuronemech, and IEEE
Computational Intelligence Society, Philippines Chapter. It is one of the premier
international technical conferences of the Asia Pacific Region. The HNICEM and
ISCIIIA has been held since 2003 and provides an important forum for researchers
and engineers from industry, and professors and graduate students from the
academia to network and to discuss new ideas and development in emerging areas
of electrical and electronic engineering, computers science and related topics.
The conference will feature plenary and invited talks by eminent scientists and
engineers, tutorials, paper presentations, poster sessions and industrial exhibits. Our
theme for this year, “Disaster Readiness through Humanitarian Technology”,
addresses the generation and application of innovative engineering and technology
to improve the standard of living and way of life of underserved and unserved
communities. This theme encompasses more than electrical engineering and
computer science, and reflects the relevance of HNICEM/ISCIII to a broad range of
engineering disciplines.
Scope and Topics
