This Training Needs Analysis (TNA) document is aimed at assessing your individual needs regarding
training and support in relation to the FOUR units that make up the Diploma in Dance Teaching and
Learning (Children and Young People). It is designed to help you reflect on the knowledge,
understanding and skills you already have and identify areas you may need to work on.
For each unit please indicate on the scale below how confident you are regarding the Learning
Outcomes and list previous training courses (including BA, etc), Professional Training etc that you
already have that is relevant to meeting those outcomes. Use the Indicative Content in the full
qualification document available at http://www.trinitycollege.co.uk/ddtal as a guide to what is
required for each Outcome.
On the last page indicate which level of training you wish to apply for: All-inclusive Route, FastTrack Route or Independent Route.
