This course continues on from the Fused Glass Jewelry and Décor class. In this class
there will be an introduction into working with metal clay.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
At the completion of this course the student will:
1. Continue to develop their glass cutting skills
2. Continue to develop their cold working skills
3. Perform more difficult projects using the kiln to do things such as
slumping and raking.
4. Understand safety precautions needed when working with glass,
metal, grinders and kilns
5. Continue to develop their wire wrapping skills.
6. Learn introductory concepts into making jewelry from metal clay

7. Learn how to properly fire metal clay in the kiln to make sure that pieces are
fully sintered.
