Tenderers must provide three (3) original hard copies of the Tenderer’s Response that is suitably
bound and submitted in accordance with the Conditions of Tender

All responses must be provided within the specified boxes and must respond to the Specification
(Part D) and Proposed Contract (Part B) in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering (Part A)






Glenorchy City Council may in its absolute discretion reject a Tender that does not include the
