bound and submitted in accordance with the Conditions of Tender






Glenorchy City Council may in its absolute discretion reject a Tender that does not include the

Quality Performance Guarantee
The Contractor shall review the available raw water quality data and confirm that this is adequate to ensure
that the system(s) as specified/installed, will achieve the requirements of this contract and the specified
performance guarantees.
The raw water conditions and the raw water quality parameters shall be tested during Proof of Performance
Tests using a NATA accredited laboratory. All test results obtained shall be included in the Commissioning
Report.
