provide both you and your cat or small pet the very best service.
We will arrange to pop out and met you and your cat or small pet to discuss what type of
pet care you are interested in. There is no obligation, once we have met you may decide
you don't wish to take up the Disley Hound and Home services, or we may feel that we are
not suitable for your pet.
Please either email or post the completed form to us in advance OR give it to us at our 'pet
care needs' meeting. We will have spare forms with us if you do not have a printer.

Service & Prices
Pet visit 1 x 15 min £5
Pet visits 2 x 25 min £12
Small pet boarding £4 per day
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Number of visits required can be discussed at our meeting.

Services are provided all year round, please note that Christmas Day, Boxing Day and
New Years’ Day are all charged at double price and Bank Holidays charged at 1 ½
the price.

You will provide your cat / small pets usual food, treats, bowls, access to water, toys
etc.

If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact whilst your pet is in my
care then we reserve the right to consult a vet and make a decision which is in the
best interests of the animal.

Cancellation of any service must be made 24 hours before the service is due to start
or full payment will be charged to you.

If we have to cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, we will
endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

Notice of any holidays will be given well in advance allowing you to make other
arrangements.

If you will not be at home when we visit your small pet, then we will be happy to look
after a key or collect it from a neighbour.

Disley Hound and Home is not held responsible if your cat / small pet gets out of your
house / garden / enclosure / hutch etc if it has not been made secure by the owner.

Any vet bills incurred are payable by the pet owner
PAYMENT:

CASH: All ad hoc bookings must be paid, in cash, on visit of your small pet.

Regular customers: Will be invoiced at the end of each month. Payment is by cash or
cheque.

CHEQUE: Payable to Rebecca Burns and can we request you write your address
and cheque guarantee card number on the back.

You can simply leave your cheque for collection at your next dog walk OR post
cheques to the following address: 52 Goyt Road, Disley, Stockport, Cheshire,
SK12 2BT.

Prompt payment is gratefully received. Payment to be no later than 14 days after
invoice date. If payment is not received by this date then 20% of the bill will be
added to the total for each day that payment is overdue.
If your cheque is returned unpaid by the bank, we will pass on to you the current
bank charge for failed cheque credits (currently approx. £8) this will be in addition to
your outstanding payment.
