Pinegrove RV Park Association Fall Newsletter Aug 23/15 Your 2015\2016 Board of Directors and their duties President- Doug Donaldson – contact info doug.donaldson@hotmail.com for emergencies 403990-9213 Duties: chair board meetings, chair AGM, maintain accurate assignments of duties and ensure directors have a balanced and manageable level of duties, be available to RV park residents, Liaise with Condo Board, Vice President- Elaine Wolfson- contact info- ewolfsontnt@telus.net Duties: Carries out the duties of president during his/her absence, Contact director for emergency Response Plan committee, , maintains a relationship on behalf of the RV park with first responders, administers emergency exit gate keys and replacements, manages wash house cleaning and supplies, electrical compliance. Treasurer- Kari Scholz- contact info kari.scholz@shaw.ca Duties: All financial duties including invoicing, collections and payment of approved invoices, prepare a budget for AGM, provide financial reports for Board meetings and AGM. Secretary- Tracie Mundy- contact info traciemundy@telus.net Duties: take minutes of board meetings and circulate to board,retain and properly store RV park vital records, maintain a list of registered title holders and preferred share holders and related contact information, send notices and communications to park members as required, in conjunction with other board members organize the AGM. Director- RV Park Maintenance- Bruce Bryan- contact info- jbbryan_@shaw.ca for emergencies 403-934-2998 Duties: Contact director for RV park maintenance concerns, arranges preventative maintenance and maintains park equipment, propose annual maintenance budget, manage expenditures within budget, Oversee RV park shut down and start up, Liaison between contract holders , read the electrical meters , co ordinate clean up sessions by RV park residents, changing and communication of access codes and security measures pertaining to gates. Manage gate openers. Director Rules and Regs- Steve Hryciuk & Mike Martin– contact info stephry@telus.net for emergencies 250-640-3044, & martinmp@shaw.ca Duties: Contact director for the RV Park Rules and regulations committee, keeps the Rules and Regulations current and compatible with the Co-Owners Agreement & Constitution, investigate complaints/violations of Rules and Regs and make recommendations for resolve. Director- Special projects- Dave Rodgers- contact info- dbr@telus.net Duties: create and maintain website, oversees the management (assessments, removals,replacement) of trees. NEWS The board had an initial informal meeting to decide who would be doing which positions and to discuss some goals for the year. Some of the things we will be working on this year are send 1/4ly newsletters Revise Co Owners agreement Make website informative Develop policies and procedures Do some maintenance of wash house Rules and Regulations enforcement Website: As part of the website creation Dave would like to post in a residents only section all park residents contact information. The reasoning for this is if someone at the park saw a problem with your trailer or site or if they wanted to contact regarding an event they were planning or various other reasons. Only those of you agreeing to have your information shared in this format would be included. If you would like to share your phone number or email or both, then email Dave (at above email) with the details. Water turn off- Water will be turned off Oct 12th unless you advise Bruce otherwise. If you want your water turned off after this date it will be your responsibility to turn your own off. Gate Code change: The gate code will be changed Oct 12th. The code will be in the email this Newsletter is attached to. Because we are planning on posting the newsletters on the website we decided not to include the gate code in the newsletter.
