TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Molecular genetics: Genomic DNA isolation and purification, DNA/RNA analytical methods including PCR, automated
sequencing, electrophoresis, and restriction mapping. Cloning, sequencing, and expression of the gene encodining
metalloproteinase.
Biochemistry: Spectrophotometric enzyme assays; protein quantitation; affinity chromatography; agarose and
polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
Bacteriology: cleaning, sterilization, aseptic inoculation, grow and manipulation of bacterial and yeast genetics;
mutagenesis; transformation and transfection.
Clinical diagnostic: In vitro diagnostic tests, clinical specimen processing and quality assurance.
