Participants will learn about changes to the DSM criteria, gain a greater understanding of diagnostic criteria, identify how this may impact practice, and will have an opportunity to practice skills related to diagnosing. The Family Outreach Center Inc. maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 11/13/2014-11/13/2017. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits. Social workers participating in this course will receive 3 clinical continuing education clock hours per attended session. Participants must attend the entire training session and complete a course evaluation in order to receive CEU’s. Partial certificates will not be issued for these trainings. Certificates will be distributed at the end of each training session.
