1 OSC Recommended Sanctions Recommended Sanctions Below is a list of common sanction guidelines. This is NOT a prescribed rubric, NOR should it be interpreted as exhaustive or final. The hearing officer MAY DEVIATE from the guidelines below based upon the circumstances of the case and criteria that may be considered. Each case is different and warrants individual attention.
