PRO 700 SERIES
The Pro700 series is medium-sized but heavy duty
modular equipment. At only 700mm deep, it is perfect
for restricted space where powerful and durable
equipment is required. Highly competitively priced and
perfect for the smaller kitchen, Pro 700 offers highly
reliable induction hotplates and a 60-strong choice of
gas or electric modules including burners, solid top,
smooth chrome coated or steel plancha, ribbed and smooth griddles, fryers,
chargrills, pasta cooker, bains marie and static oven.
Charvet Extend Concept is a more affordable entry level into
bespoke ranges. Measuring 1000mm deep, a personalized cooking
suite can be built from standard Charvet components to form any
length of cooking unit, finished off with a hygienic 3mm one piece
top. When designed as an island/peninsular suite Chefs can work
on both sides of the suite towards the pass, improving efficiency in
the kitchen. Extend can also feature pass-through ovens and hot
cupboards big enough for a whole lamb!
Induction ranges: Charvet manufactures the only induction cooking hobs
capable of operating directly above the oven. Induction comes into its own
where high power cooking is required throughout the day; it also reduces
heat in the kitchen and cuts the amount of overhead ventilation required.
Charvet induction is also high power – 5kW is the standard but we also
offer 3kW – and it is designed with a minimum 10 year life.
Charvet Plancha: Featuring a single 20mm thick steel plate (measuring
700mm X 500mm deep), the Plancha is heated by four 3kW elements,
offering all the ‘grunt’ required by chefs – it can cook at surface
temperatures up to a massive 450 degC! Featuring four different heat
zones, it is ideal for teppanyaki cooking, or where a mix of hot and cooler
sections prove the ideal cooking format for service.
The Professional 800 and 900 series offer comprehensive gas,
electric and induction equipment, with 2mm thick stainless steel
tops or 3mm fully one-piece tops and plating shelves up to 180mm
deep. Ranges can be wall or island configuration or cantilevered.
1000 Series: The ultimate in super heavy-duty equipment, the
1000 Series includes boiling pans of up to 260-litre capacity and bratt
pans of up to 160-litres. Also features automatic frying lift baskets,
presence detectors on radiant rings and auto-filling bains-maries.
Charvet Bespoke units: With a build quality that should easily last
20 years (witness, The Dorchester’s Charvet suites), Charvet bespoke
units can be wall mounted, cantilevered or island configuration – we
have even produced round and boat-shaped units! Bespoke
can incorporate a vast choice of gas, electric and induction
components including new applications such as the
Diamond Point Chargrill featuring powerful 8kW gas
burners, a Paella burner large enough for traditional paella
pans, Wok burners and Teppanyaki griddles and Multifunction cookers combining induction hobs with plancha,
gas hobs and fryers. Decorative panels can be produced in
virtually any colour you like, including a true red and
Charvet is able to mount induction hobs over the ovens,
unlike many other manufacturers.
