will take your references from your online application for admission.

In order to be eligible for these scholarships, Undergraduate Applicants must be full time SOAS students
entering their final year in BA Persian or BA Persian plus another subject in 2016/17.
Please complete the referee’s report and return it directly to scholarships@ soas.ac.uk by 3 May 2016.
Please state the candidate’s surname and name of the scholarship in the subject of the email.
References must be sent from a work email address.

1. Quality of Work: Please provide a realistic assessment of the applicant’s abilities, based on the quality
of his/her academic and/or professional performance to date, providing evidence to support your
comments. Please indicate how this candidate compares with other students, in your experience and
