Paper / poster abstracts
Conference papers / posters are approved on the basis of abstracts sent by authors within the
prescribed period (20 April 2015). An abstract language: Polish and English. An abstract length: 200-300
words.
The Scientific Committee of the Conference decides on the acceptance of papers / posters. Relevant
information will have been sent till 11 May 2015.
Authors are obliged to deliver papers / posters at the agreed time and to present them during the
Conference. Authors agree for the Organizer to edit abstracts of the papers / posters and publish them
on the Conference website and in conference materials.
Submission of full texts of the papers
Presentations must be submitted to the Organizer by 15 June 2015 r. via e-mail message to the
following address: Danuta.Duda@lbg.lasy.gov.pl
Accordingly formatted texts of the papers must be submitted on the day of the Conference (25 June
2015) in an electronic format and in one printed version.
Full texts of the approved papers will be published in a book format. Honoraria for authors are
not provided.
For authors of the papers, the registration fee is reduced to 50 % of the original cost.
The registration fee:
The participation cost is 225,00 PLN
The fee includes:
 Admission to all scientific sessions;
 Publication of presented paper in conference materials;
 Conference materials (abstracts and full texts of papers in a book format);
 Coffee service and lunch;
 Simultaneous interpreting at conference.
The fee does not include hotel service (accommodation, breakfast, supper).

This application is an evidence of a contract. Resignation from participation in the conference is
possible only through a resignation declaration sent by e-mail, fax or registered letter to the
Organizer’s address till 20 May 2015.
Failure to cancel the participation till 20 May 2015 will result in 100% payment being charged.
I accept these participation conditions and agree to pay participation costs according to the number
of hotel nights and meals.
